- What were our constraints? Waiting on other teams? Too much WIP? Large batch size/non-vertical stripes? Any waste/hardship?
- Specific, timely shout outs/feedback, tie it to goal (gets us closer to releasing xyz), give negatives in a way you'd want to hear it
